A game-ready ghoul, 40k triangles. A personal project, the main goal was studying skeletal anatomy while still using a bit of artistic license (note the exaggerated Greater trochanter jutting from the hip, for example), trying to achieve hanging damp skin, keeping within contemporary game engine limits, and using Substance Painter to explore various skin conditions. Retopology took a bit longer than usual due to its asymmetrical design, though for many parts, like the arms and legs, I simply mirrored the low poly geometry and then used Maya's Quad Draw +SHIFT to snap any differing bits into place.
